Delivery Information

So after endless seaching you have now found the sofa bed that you want to order,all you need now is the answers to how it will arrive at your property. On this page we should answer those questions for you.

We deliver throughout the UK?

All of our the sofa beds are able to be delivered to mainland UK addresses - we do not deliver any of our upholstered sofabeds outside the mainland. However there is always an exception to the rule so please do not hesitate to call our sales office on 0845 467 5847 to see if we can arrange a delivery to coverany non mainland address.

All of our delivery lead times are shown on the product information pages. This is a general guide however can change on a weekly basis.We will notify you as soon as your order is placed and confirm the lead time for you as this can also be sooner as well as later.

Items available from stock:

Some of our stock items can be delivered immediatly by carrier and can be in you home within 2 working days if held in stock. When the order is recieved we will contact you to arrange a convenient day or date for delivery.

Products delivered by carrier are delivered between 8am and 6pm on the specified day -We are sorry to say we cannot give a time and can only give you the day, so please ensure someone is available to accept delivery at any time during the arranged day as non deliveries can be charged for.

Made to Order Sofa Beds:

The same delivery procedure applies to all made to order items, however as the product is made to order the lead time will increase as on our information pages. Please do not hesitate to contact our sales office and we can advise of the estimated delivery time for your product in your chosen fabric option.

We can deliver to your accommodation?

All of our sofabeds are delivered by carrier and are delivered 'to your door'. Should you require the sofa bed to be delivered into the property, carriers will not be able to help you with this, so please arrange to do this yourself.

Some of our sofa beds delivered will be by a two person delivery team for example upholstered 2 and 3 seater sofabeds,these can usually delivered into your chosen room. However, please be aware of the following restrictions regarding large item delivery....

Sofa beds can cause a quite a challenge, and our delivery contractors want to get the job right without any damage to your premises or product. Our delivery policy is simply to deliver to your home. Wherever possible our delivery contractors will take the unit into your chosen room, however please note that this is at their discretion, and if in they feel the staircase is too narrow or the door gap to small, etc, they will not risk damaging your product or your home by forcing the item where it will not fit. In these cases, your purchase will be left for you to arrange getting into your accommodation yourself.

Some of our sofabeds have the ability for the removal of the arms to further dismantle the product. Please note that this is not something that the delivery contractors are expected to do.
