RETURNS POLICY

Made to order items:

All of our products are&ldquo made to order&rdquo are non returnable and non refundable. Made to order items are an exception to the Distance Selling Regulations and will not be accepted as a return for a credit or exchange unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival. All made to order goods are checked and packaged prior to dispatch to confirm they are fit for purpose and presented in an acceptable condition before leaving the manufacturers.

Delivery discrepancies:

Any discrepancies must be reported within 24hrs of delivery. On arrival, if packaging appears damaged it is recommended that this is marked on the delivery note before you sign. All items must be inspected at point of delivery and damage marked clearly on the delivery note.

Missing Items:

On delivery: Should an item be missed or appear not delivered then you must notify us within 24hrs of initial receipt of delivery.

On assembly:

Faulty goods:

Damages:must be reported within 24hrs of receipt of goods.

Under Guarantee: First instance report the fault to us with a full description of alleged fault, we will then arrange an engineer to attend and either rectify the fault on site or advise on action needed to remedy. If the fault is deemed a manufactures fault and the item is under guarantee then we will replace the faulty item FOC.

Not under Warranty: First instance report the fault to us with a full description of the alleged fault, we will then arrange an engineer to attend and either rectify the fault on site or advise on action needed to remedy. There will be a charge for this service based upon the value of your goods ordered.

Unwanted goods / wrongly ordered:

Goods will be collected and a charge of £ 40.00 per seat (collection and restocking fee). Goods must be returned in the packaging they arrived in. Goods assembled on site by third party will not be returnable.

Please note that unwanted mattresses cannot be returned once opened due to health laws.

Refunds:

Full refunds will only be made if an item supplied fails to comply with manufactures standards and whether the item is still under guarantee or warranty
