Free delivery

Delivery is free of charge anywhere in the UK Mainland, with the exception the Highlands (where we ask for a £70 flat rate contribution due to our couriers charging a surcharge)

Delivery of smaller items like our cushions is free across the whole of the UK Mainland via Royal Mail.

For non-UK Mainland and international orders, we are happy deliver to a port/ shipping company of your choice. Please give our team a bell on 01234 834693 for more info.

 Delivery Times

Due to our extensive range of products manufactured in house we are unable to hold stock of everything. However we do not believe you should have to wait and eternity for your order. Stocked items can be delivered between 1-3 working days and we aim to deliver made to order items in 3-4 weeks as standard.

The delivery service is also very straight forward. Once the order has been placed our couriers will contact you two to three days prior to delivery to arrange a convenient date of delivery and a 2-3 hour time slot where possible.

We are able to arrange a Saturday delivery on some products and this can be discussed at the point of delivery arrangement.

Returning Products

Please email the MySofaBeds customer service team on sales@mysofabeds.co.uk along with the reason for return and one of our representitives will come back to you. If your product has damage, please email us photos as well.

Product Returns

Goods will only be accepted for return if unused and in a re-saleable condition and in original packaging (Fully dis-assembled)Made to order items are an exception to the Distance Selling Regulations and will not be accepted as a return for a credit or exchange unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.. Unless the product is being returned due to a manufacturing fault or supplier error (See Below), there will be a handling charge of £80.00 or 50% of the invoice value, whichever is the greater.

All returned goods will be inspected and we reserve the right to charge for incomplete returns, orders placed in error or not wanted prior to any credits being raised. These warranties do not affect your statutory rights.

Please be aware it can take upto 10 days for the courier to collect a return request and return inspections are only made on two days a week - These warranties do not affect your statutory rights 

Defective Products / Damaged Items

Our obligation is to replace any damaged parts, if the item has been delivered with a damaged replaceable part we will send a replacement to you - However you must notify us within 48 hours that the item has damage.  We will not replace sofabeds,sofa's or chairs that have replaceable damaged parts, these will only be replaced if the parts are not replaceable.

Products can returned by you because of a manufacturing defect/fault and will be refunded in full only if they are returned in the same packaging as they were delivered and once they have been checked and confirmed defective by our returns department (including the cost of sending the Products to you, and the cost of returning the Products to us). This has to be brought to our attention within 48 hours.

Alternatively, if we and you agree, we may supply you with a replacement product - Items that are returned for any reason apart from the above will be have our standard handling charges applied (See Section 8 of our Terms & Conditions)
